  2. 1) One participant was not currently practising as a physiotherapist, although she was still employed within a practice and intended to return to the role as a physiotherapist soon.
  3. 2) Highly urbanised is an address density of 1,500 addresses or more per km2. Slightly urbanised is an address density of 1,000 to 1,500 addresses per km2. Less urbanised is an address density of a maximum of 1,000 addresses per km2 [33]
