Table 1 Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria

Age older than 18 years with following features:

Current dyspnoea (NYHA II-IV)

History of dyspnoea within the past 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Patient refusal to participate in the clinical study

Age younger than 18 years

Conditions preventing ultrasound examination (e.g., allergy to ultrasound gel, skin lesions that hinder safe examination)
