  1. The three staff outcomes were significantly correlated with each other and with team climate. Pearson correlation coefficient (r), n = 5273. 10 item TCI vs overall satisfaction 0.505, vs likely to be in the practice in 2 years time 0.439, vs how often feel burned out −0.275; job satisfaction vs likely to remain 0.439, vs how often feel burned out −0.433; likely to remain vs how often feel burned out −0.336 (all correlations p < 0.001)
